1. Art & Culture — National Heroes Memorial Programs
Duration: 14-04-2014 to 31-03-2026
Details: Regularly celebrated birth and death anniversaries of great national heroes and freedom fighters. Organized inspirational lectures and cultural programs for youth to promote national integration and historical awareness.
2. Education & Literacy — Student Academic Excellence Awards
Duration: 15-08-2014 to 15-08-2026
Details: Organized annual felicitation programs on Independence Day for Class 10 students of secondary schools in Dadegaon (Ashti, Beed). Awarded certificates and mementos to top rankers to motivate rural youth for higher education.
3. Animal Welfare — Fodder Camp for Cattle and Farmers
Duration: 01-04-2019 to 30-09-2019
Details: Operated state government-approved fodder camps at Mahadevvadi and Shendagewadi during the dry monsoon. Saved 1,600–1,700 animals by providing free fodder/water, maintained high hygiene standards, ensured veterinary care, and served daily free meals to farmers.
4. Disaster Management — COVID-19 Free Food Distribution
Duration: 01-05-2020 to 31-12-2020
Details: Operated a free community kitchen (Annachhatra) for 6 months during the first wave of COVID-19 at Dadegaon (Ashti, Beed). Provided cooked evening meals daily to around 150 poor, needy, and migrant individuals following strict safety protocols.

Hilly Area Development, Tribal & Nomadic Pastoralist Empowerment Project
Krantijyoti Sevabhavi Sanstha is actively operating in the officially designated remote sectors under the Hilly Area Development Program (HADP). This highly challenging terrain is predominantly inhabited by the indigenous 'Bhil' tribal community and the migratory, nomadic pastoralist 'Dhangar' community. Due to geographic isolation and continuous seasonal migration, these tribal and nomadic clusters face severe gaps in digital infrastructure, quality education for their children, and immediate healthcare access.
Our institution acts as a dedicated driver of sustainable transformation, aiming to bridge these critical development gaps and empower these underserved tribal and nomadic communities toward socio-economic self-reliance.

Core Pillars for CSR Collaboration & Interventions
1. Digital Literacy & Last-Mile Public Services
Objective: Overcoming geographical barriers to provide seamless access to government schemes, e-governance, and essential public services.
Action: Operating Shivnandini Multi-Services (CSC Digital Seva Center) to eliminate the need for tribal and rural communities to travel long distances to urban areas for basic documentation and digital solutions.
2. Quality Education & Global Knowledge Access
Objective: Eradicating educational inequality in hilly sectors by providing modern infrastructure.
Action: Running the Niranjan Public Library & Digital E-Library. We provide free high-speed internet, computer access, and reference materials for competitive examinations, empowering local youth to secure employment and higher education.
3. Sustainable Livelihoods & Women Empowerment
Objective: Driving socio-economic self-reliance among underprivileged women in rural and hilly clusters.
Action: Organizing structured Skill Development Programs, specifically certified sewing machine and vocational training, to help women establish micro-enterprises and secure stable household incomes.
4. Emergency Healthcare & Ambulance Infrastructure
Objective: Providing 24/7 emergency medical transit and critical healthcare access to remote tribal and hilly communities.
Action & Impact: The operational clusters of Dadegaon and Hivra are located in a highly challenging terrain, approximately 50 to 60 kilometers away from the nearest super-speciality hospitals in Ahilyanagar. Due to the lack of immediate transport in these hilly sectors, critical patients and pregnant women face life-threatening delays. Through proposed CSR collaboration, we aim to deploy a fully equipped Emergency Ambulance Service to ensure timely medical intervention and safe transit.

"क्रांतीज्योती सामाजिक संस्था ही शिक्षण, पशूसंवर्धन, आपत्ती व्यवस्थापन आणि समाजकल्याण या क्षेत्रांत सातत्याने कार्यरत आहे. संस्थेने राबवलेले मुख्य उपक्रम खालीलप्रमाणे आहेत:"
१. कला आणि संस्कृती (राष्ट्राभिमान उपक्रम) [२०१४ ते २०२६]:
• कालावधी: १४-०४-२०१४ ते ३१-०३-२०२६
• तपशील: महान राष्ट्रपुरुष आणि स्वातंत्र्यसैनिकांच्या जयंती व पुण्यतिथी नियमित साजरी करणे. तरुण पिढीत राष्ट्रीय एकात्मता आणि ऐतिहासिक विचारांची पेरणी करण्यासाठी व्याख्याने आणि सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमांचे आयोजन.
२. शिक्षण व साक्षरता (विद्यार्थी गुणगौरव सोहळा) [२०१४ ते २०२६]:
• कालावधी: १५-०८-२०१४ ते १५-०८-२०२६
• तपशील: दादेगाव (ता. आष्टी, जि. बीड) येथील इयत्ता १० वीच्या गुणवंत विद्यार्थ्यांचा दरवर्षी १५ ऑगस्ट रोजी जाहीर सत्कार. ग्रामीण भागातील विद्यार्थ्यांना उच्च शिक्षणासाठी प्रेरित करण्यासाठी प्रमाणपत्रे व सन्मानचिन्हे देऊन गौरव.
३. पशुसंवर्धन व चारा छावणी (शेतकरी सेवा) [२०१९]:
• कालावधी: ०१-०४-२०१९ ते ३०-०९-२०१९
• तपशील: २०१९ च्या दुष्काळी परिस्थितीत महादेववाडी व शेंडेगावडी येथे शासकीय मंजुरीने चारा छावणीचे यशस्वी संचालन. जनावरांना मोफत चारा-पाणी, नियमित वैद्यकीय तपासणी आणि स्वच्छता राखून सुमारे ५०० शेतकऱ्यांना दररोज मोफत जेवणाची सोय.
• ४. आपत्ती व्यवस्थापन (कोविड-१९ अन्नछत्र) [२०२०]:
• कालावधी: ०१-०५-२०२० ते ३१-१२-२०२०
• तपशील: कोरोनाच्या पहिल्या लाटेत दादेगाव येथे ६ महिने सलग विनामूल्य अन्नछत्र चालवले. रोज १५० हून अधिक गरीब, गरजू आणि स्थलांतरित नागरिकांना मोफत ताज्या शिजवलेल्या अन्नाचे वाटप

> बीड जिल्ह्यातील बहुतांश सामाजिक संस्थांचे काम केवळ शिक्षण क्षेत्रापुरते सीमित राहिले आहे. परंतु क्रांतीज्योती ऑर्गनायझेशन ही संस्था शिक्षण, आरोग्य, आपत्ती व्यवस्थापन, कौशल्य विकास आणि ग्रामीण विकासाच्या प्रत्येक क्षेत्रात प्रत्यक्ष उतरून काम करण्यासाठी कटिबद्ध आहे.
> जर आम्हाला संधी आणि योग्य पाठबळ मिळाले, तर केवळ कागदोपत्री काम न करता आमचे सर्व पदाधिकारी व स्वयंसेवक स्वतः तळागाळात (Ground Level) प्रत्यक्ष मैदानात उतरून काम करतील आणि समाजातील प्रत्येक वंचित व गरजू घटकापर्यंत मदत पोहोचवून त्याचा कायापालट करतील, हे आमचे ठाम आश्वासन आहे.
डोंगरी भाग विकास, आदिवासी व भटके समाज सक्षमीकरण प्रकल्प (HADP, Tribal & Nomadic Empowerment)
क्रांतीज्योती सेवाभावी संस्था शासकीय निकषांनुसार अधिकृतपणे घोषित केलेल्या 'डोंगरी विभाग विकास कार्यक्रम' क्षेत्रात प्रत्यक्ष कार्यरत आहे. या क्षेत्रात मुख्यत्वे भिल्ल समाजाचे आदिवासी बांधव तसेच दुर्गम भागात स्थलांतर करणारे भटक्या मेंढपाळ धनगर समाजाचे नागरिक मोठ्या प्रमाणावर राहतात. अतिशय आव्हानात्मक भौगोलिक परिस्थिती, डोंगराळ रस्ते आणि सततचे स्थलांतर यामुळे या आदिवासी आणि भटक्या बांधवांपर्यंत डिजिटल पायाभूत सुविधा, मुलांसाठी दर्जेदार आधुनिक शिक्षण आणि आपत्कालीन आरोग्य सेवा पोहोचण्यात खूप मोठ्या अडचणी येतात.आमची संस्था या वंचित आदिवासी, भटक्या मेंढपाळ आणि दुर्गम डोंगरी क्षेत्रांमध्ये धोरणात्मक उपक्रम राबवून शाश्वत सामाजिक परिवर्तनाचे आणि त्यांना मुख्य प्रवाहात आणण्याचे केंद्र म्हणून काम करत आहे.

CSR भागीदारी आणि सामाजिक उपक्रमांचे मुख्य स्तंभ
१. डिजिटल साक्षरता आणि शेवटच्या घटकांपर्यंत शासकीय सेवा
मुख्य उद्दिष्ट: भौगोलिक अडथळ्यांवर मात करून दुर्गम भागातील नागरिकांना शासकीय योजना, ई-गव्हर्नन्स आणि आवश्यक सार्वजनिक सेवा थेट उपलब्ध करून देणे.
कृती: 'शिवनंदिनी मल्टीसर्विसेस' (CSC डिजिटल सेवा केंद्र) च्या माध्यमातून स्थानिक आदिवासी आणि ग्रामीण बांधवांना मूलभूत दाखले व डिजिटल सेवांसाठी शहरात जावे लागू नये, म्हणून स्थानिक पातळीवरच सोय उपलब्ध केली आहे.
२. दर्जेदार शिक्षण आणि जागतिक ज्ञान साधनांची उपलब्धता
मुख्य उद्दिष्ट: दुर्गम आणि डोंगरी भागातील विद्यार्थ्यांमधील शैक्षणिक असमानता दूर करून त्यांना अत्याधुनिक शैक्षणिक पायाभूत सुविधा देणे.
कृती: 'निरंजन सार्वजनिक वाचनालय आणि डिजिटल ई-लायब्ररी' ची स्थापना. याद्वारे ग्रामीण भागातील तरुणांना मोफत हाय-स्पीड इंटरनेट, कॉम्प्युटर आणि स्पर्धा परीक्षांचे साहित्य उपलब्ध करून देऊन त्यांना रोजगारक्षम बनवले जात आहे.
३. शाश्वत उपजीविका आणि महिला सक्षमीकरण
मुख्य उद्दिष्ट: ग्रामीण आणि डोंगरी भागातील आर्थिकदृष्ट्या मागास व वंचित महिलांना स्वयंरोजगाराच्या संधी देऊन आर्थिकदृष्ट्या स्वावलंबी बनवणे.
कृती: महिलांसाठी विशेष 'कौशल्य विकास कार्यक्रम' राबवणे, ज्यामध्ये प्रमाणित शिलाई मशीन प्रशिक्षण आणि व्यावसायिक मार्गदर्शन दिले जाते; जेणेकरून त्या स्वतःचे लघुउद्योग सुरू करून कुटुंबाला आर्थिक हातभार लावू शकतील.
४. आपत्कालीन आरोग्य सेवा आणि रुग्णवाहिका सुविधा
मुख्य उद्दिष्ट: दुर्गम डोंगरी भागातील नागरिकांना आणि महिलांना वेळेवर आपत्कालीन वैद्यकीय उपचार मिळवून देण्यासाठी हक्काची २४/७ रुग्णवाहिका (Ambulance) सेवा उपलब्ध करणे.
कृती व गरज: आमचे कार्यक्षेत्र असलेल्या दादेगाव आणि हिवरा परिसरातील दुर्गम वाड्यांपासून अहिल्यानगर येथील सुपर-स्पेशालिटी रुग्णालयांचे अंतर सुमारे ५० ते ६० किलोमीटर आहे. डोंगराळ रस्ते आणि वाहतुकीच्या साधनांचा अभाव यामुळे आपत्कालीन परिस्थितीत रुग्णांना वेळेत रुग्णालयात पोहोचवणे कठीण होते. सीएसआर (CSR) भागीदारीच्या माध्यमातून एक सुसज्ज रुग्णवाहिका उपलब्ध करून, गंभीर रुग्ण, वृद्ध आणि गरोदर महिलांना वेळेत वैद्यकीय मदत मिळवून देणे हे संस्थेचे ध्येय आहे.
CSR कृतज्ञता व ब्रँडिंग (Corporate Recognition): या प्रकल्पासाठी निधी देणाऱ्या भागीदार कॉर्पोरेट कंपनीचे नाव आणि लोगो (CSR Branding) संस्थेमार्फत या रुग्णवाहिकेवर अत्यंत मानाने आणि ठळकपणे प्रदर्शित केला जाईल.
आम्ही सर्व कॉर्पोरेट कंपन्या आणि CSR फाउंडेशनना या महत्त्वपूर्ण सामाजिक प्रकल्पांमध्ये भागीदारी करण्यासाठी आमंत्रित करत आहोत. संस्थेची अधिकृत नोंदणी आणि 'एनजीओ दर्पण आयडी' (NGO Darpan ID) आमच्या कामातील पारदर्शकता, मजबूत प्रशासन आणि दिलेल्या निधीचा अचूक सामाजिक परतावा (Social ROI) सुनिश्चित करतात.
